This residence underwent not only a renovation but a complete overhaul of its layout! Originally a 3-bedroom home, it was transformed into a 5-bedroom home to accommodate the growing family. The initial phase involved a stunning interior renovation, followed by the addition of a new space atop the garage.

The seamlessly connected addition expanded both the living area and the overall square footage of the household. Simultaneously, our innovative team, led by the ingenious Todd, conceived the brilliant idea of installing a staircase in the garage for the convenience of tradespeople. This strategic move allowed the clients to continue living in their home without disruption during the construction phase.
