The renovation with addition encompassed various enhancements to the home.

• First off, square footage was added to the basement, main, and second floors, accommodating an elevator from the basement to the second floor, facilitating accessibility and aging in place for the clients.

• Hardwood flooring was installed throughout the main and second floors, including the stairs, with the latter featuring hardwood treads and painted risers.

• The kitchen received a makeover with a mix of products, featuring an oak island with a furniture base and MDF painted cabinets, new countertops, and a brick pattern backsplash extending to the ceiling.

• Dropped areas were strategically added to integrate structural beams and a bulkhead, defining spaces without erecting walls.

• A full tile detail adorned the fireplace with a mounted TV above.

• A second-floor deck was constructed, providing access to both primary bedrooms and inviting ample natural light and fresh air into the space.

• Built-ins were incorporated between the primary bedroom and ensuite to showcase the clients' prized possessions, including luxurious purses.

• The ensuite boasted a freestanding tub, tiled floors, and a shower with tiled floors and walls, complemented by a floor-mounted tub filler and a floating vanity with a makeup desk, complete with a full tile backdrop to the ceiling and a custom-framed mirror. Additionally, a faucet was installed at the vanity wall.

• Storage solutions were integrated into the office with added built-ins, while a designated reading area on the main floor offered a cozy spot for leisurely mornings, featuring built-ins, ample windows, and access to the deck.

• The second ensuite featured a curbless shower for easy access, ensuring a seamless transition without a threshold.

Overall, this house is filled from top to bottom with both luxurious and functional features, that will stand the test of time for these homeowners.
