This main floor renovation by Crafted Edge Homes reimagines the heart of the home with a focus on openness, functionality, and refined design. By removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, the space was transformed into a bright, connected environment that allows natural light to flow freely throughout the entire main level.

At the centre of the redesign is a large, statement island complete with seating, curved end details for added visual interest, and a cleverly integrated microwave for seamless functionality. A full-height pantry was introduced to maximize storage while maintaining a clean, cohesive aesthetic, complemented by freshly painted cabinetry and a striking full-height backsplash.

Thoughtful upgrades, including a Blanco single-bowl sink, Delta kitchen faucet, and durable tile flooring, enhance both performance and style. Closing the ceiling plant ledges created a more modern, streamlined look, allowing the architectural lines of the space to feel elevated and intentional.

The result is a timeless, highly functional main floor designed for everyday living, entertaining, and effortless flow.
